Stud Bolts
LoneStar Fasteners manufacturers all thread (Continuous Thread)
studs in all ASTM and exotic material grades in coarse, fine, metric,
8 pitch, and other specialty thread series.
Studs are measured first thread to first thread (Excluding chamfer
points), per ASTM specifications, or end to end if specified by
our customer.
Studs are provided with compatible nuts per ASTM specifications.
All thread studs are shipped
with nuts assembled to insure proper fit and protect the parts
during shipment.
LoneStar Fasteners packs parts
in boxes with a maximum weight
of 50 pounds each for ease
of handling by our customers
and employees. Boxes are packed
with large computer generated
labels that provide complete
shipping information including
customer purchase order number,
part number, item number, heat
code number, and additional
information per customer requirements.
LoneStar maintains a complete inventory of standard sizes, and
can provide plated and coated parts through our in-house zinc plating
and Fluoropolymer processing capability. An extensive inventory
of threaded bar in all material grades, allows LoneStar to cut,
chamfer, plate or coat, and ship same day if required.
LoneStar can provide modified parts,(B7M and L7M)for NACE service
requirements through our in-house heat treating facility and Quality
Test Laboratory
All studs manufactured at LoneStar Fasteners are stamped with
a three digit code for heat
code traceability. LoneStar’s
customers can access this heat
code through our Web-Site by using their unique password and print
MTR’s anywhere in the world.
