are manufactured per AWHEM or customer’s unique
specifications, and are produced in all ASTM grades
of materials, in coarse, fine, and 8 pitch specialty
thread
series.
LoneStar Fastener’s in house zinc plating and
Fluoropolymer coating capability, allows LoneStar
to provide parts without having to involve outside
processors.
LoneStar also manufactures modified parts, (B7M and L7M),
to meet NACE service requirements through our in-house
heat treatment facility and Quality Test Laboratory.
All
tap-end studs manufactured at LoneStar Fasteners
are stamped with a three digit code for heat code
traceability.
LoneStar Fastener’s customer can access this
heat code through our Web Site by using their unique
password, and print MTR’s any where in the
world.
