Lone Star’s Walker Bolt Division manufactures specialty fasteners to Level 1 inspection criteria in full compliance with your specific requirements.

In-house capabilities for manufacture of specialty fasteners include:

Hot Forging: Bolts ¼” through 4” diameter
  Sockets ¼” through 4’ diameter
  Nuts ¼” through 4” diameter (Subject to material grade limitations)
   
Threading: Cut threading ¼” through 4” diameter
  Roll threading ¼” through 3” diameter
  CNC Machining ¼” through 20” diameter (18” length maximum)
   
Bending: Cold bending through 1 1/4” diameter, (1 ½” with heat in bend area)
   
Coatings: In-house zinc plating, Fluoropolymer fastener coating and industrial coating services.
